Department Introduction
Department of Corporation Support is in charge of overall work on planning, implementation, and management related to corporate support in order to transfer the technology possessed by Korea Institute of Materials Science(KIMS) to materials and parts companies. For efficient technical support, we are establishing a cooperation system with related organizations, managing and analyzing technical support activities, and establishing a customized comprehensive support system in response to demanded technologies. In addition, Corporation Support Department manages the overall work related to the testing and inspection.
Major Activities
- Diversification of performance through internalization of corporate support projects
- Differentiated corporate support by designating a large-scale corporate support project management organization
- Expand corporate support and strengthen networking by non-contact on-line systems(fusion innovation support headquarters, SOS1379)
- Expand networking and operation of 「KIMS Corporate Supporters」 for activation of corporate supporting
- Derivation of future improvement directions through analysis of corporate support performance

- Establishing planning and operation of corporate support program and policy
- Establishing corporate support network and overall coordination management
- Development and operation of corporate support management system
- Continuous networking with companies that have a high cooperative relationship with KIMS and training of industrial manpower, etc.
- Overall work related to the testing and inspection

- Strengthen technical support tailored to demand by building a 「Comprehensive Service Corporation Support Platform」
- Planning and diversifying technical support by 3 types (site demand response, demand-based technical support, public-based utilization support)
