Twinwiz Co., Ltd., a research spin-off company of the Korea Institute of Materials Science (KIMS), has beeny selected for the 2024 Early-stage Startup Package Support Project. This government initiative aims to promote business stabilization and growth by offering commercialization funds and startup program support to early-stage startups within a three-year period, focusing on those with promising startup concepts.

Twinwiz Co., Ltd. specializes in functional liquid antibacterial and antiviral additives. The company was successfully developed and commercialized a liquid antibacterial/antiviral additive that generates high ions. Founded in March 2022, Twinwiz Co., Ltd. completed attracting Pre-A investment early last year and recently opened Series-A investment rounding. They plan to use the secured funding this time focusing on international certifications, relocation of the factory expansion, and scaling up mass production.
