Korea Institute of Materials Science(KIMS), a government-funded research institute under the Ministry of Science and ICT

of the Republic of Korea set up and started an online meeting platform to assist SMEs remotely. KIMS, the only institute specializing in comprehensive materials science in Korea, has contributed to Korea industry by carrying out wide range of activities related to materials technology including R&D, inspections, testing&evaluation, and technology support.

KIMS had an online meeting with CENTRAL, a manufacturing company for automobile parts and WOORIM MACHINERY, 

a company specializing in reducer for industrial application back on Jan 8th in a conference room at KIMS which was recently innovated suited for remote meeting. The purpose of the meeting was to find out their needs of technology assistance and search for possible collaboration area.
